Here’s a unique, inside-out perspective on Mitsubishi Laser’s industry-leading Cross Flow resonator design. This one-of-a-kind design provides a crystal clear view of the resonator’s inner workings, allowing spectators to get a better look into this innovative machine.

In conjunction with DiamondClean Technology, this resonator provides ultra-clean materials that yield higher performance and greater sustainability. A simple, rigid design translates into rarely or never having to replace a Cross Flow resonator.

Mitsubishi’s design consumes up to 90 percent less gas than traditional fast flow systems, and uses only three liters of laser gas from a single premixed laser gas bottle. The Cross Flow Resonator features four low speed blowers and a water-cooled power supply that reduces maintenance and removes heat from the resonator.

Upkeep and maintenance are easy with the Cross Flow. Because it contains no quartz glass tubes, the design eliminates the need for expensive tube replacement. Plus, Mitsubishi’s ceramic electrode keeps maintenance at a minimum.

Attendees of last week’s Laser Open House got an up-close and personal look at the resonator’s internals, as this display currently resides in our Wood Dale, Ill. showroom.

Contact Mitsubishi Laser for more information or visit MC Machinery Systems, Inc. booth B1925 at FABTECH in Atlanta, Georgia, November 11-13 to see the resonator in action.
