Call Center Representative will be responsible for answer incoming inquiries. This person will be responsible for communicating in a clear, concise and confident manner in order to provide an excellent customer service experience in a fast paced work environment. Call center representative will ensure that all transaction are submitted in a timely and accurate manner as well as resolve all inquiries that require research or additional information by utilizing the appropriate resources and provide timely follow up as necessary. This position works 35 hours per week. Monday through Friday – no weekends.

Job Description

  • Average call intake of 100 calls per day
  • Call Center Representative will complete all related paperwork and necessary forms within established timeframes and guidelines
  • Set calls up (for technicians) in Powerhelp system
  • Work and coordinate issues between Service Department, Credit Department, Logistics and Shipping.
  • Receive calls from customers in an ACD call routing system. Either enters orders in the system or set up a call for technicians.
  • Receive secondary callbacks and forward to the technicians.
  • Invoice, coordinate delivery information for customers and work with UPS and carriers.


  • Ability to respond to and resolve customer problems/needs
  • Ability to analyze problems and develop solutions
  • Background experience in customer services.
  • Experience with a proven track record in meeting or exceeding performance standards, schedule adherence and job skill assessments
  • Excellent organizational, written and verbal communications skills
  • Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-orientated work environment
  • Ability to successfully execute proficiency in MS Window applications, Web-based applications and the ability to utilize multiple applications simultaneously
  • Must be available between 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
