SUMMARY:

The Inside Sales Coordinator role is an integral part of the sales and final delivery process. You will work with the sales team in creating and managing post-sales inquiries and follow-up to customers, work with internal departments to insure timely processing of deliverables. This position is an entry level role that will introduce the right candidate to the internal processes of MC Machinery Systems and its customers. Candidates with a strong understanding of customer service and how to deliver it exceptionally will find the challenges exciting. With Exceptional organization and attention to detail a recent college graduate will be ready to begin a long and rewarding career at MC Machinery Systems.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support sales network with pricing, inventory and order status inquiries
  • Preparation of reports pertaining to inventory, sales history and market analysis
  • Assisting with order processing flow and follow up
  • Other duties may be assigned later in employment

QUALIFICATIONS:

Entry level sales position supporting a vast sales network in the machine tool industry

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is a must
  • Possesses Strong Communication Skills
  • Demonstrates an Outstanding Work Ethic
  • Possesses Strong Organizational Skills
  • Has the Ability to Multitask

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor Degree in Business
  • At least 2+ years job experience required but in no specific industry (This includes part time while attending high school or college)
  • Customer service experience is a plus
