MC Machinery Systems is a wholly owned subsidiary of Mitsubishi Corporation; we import capital equipment and sell through our dealer network across North America. We support our products nation wide with our national service network. We are located in Wood Dale, IL.

MC Machinery’s Pre-sales, Sales and Installation staff develops innovative solutions from the ground up. They can complement an existing operation with new hardware, software and processes to eliminate bottlenecks, improve accuracy and drive throughput. Our Applications group offers consultative support for new and existing customers while our regionalized Service Network is the most advanced and responsive team in the industry.

This position requires a detail orientated person that works well within a team environment but is organized and independent. They must be proficient in word, excel and ppt. Familiarity with adobe products including in design, illustrator, Photoshop and acrobat are a plus. This person will work within the marketing department of MC Machinery Systems, Inc. This person will report directly to the Marketing Manager. This person must have good insight to a strategic marketing approach and will be responsible for interacting with customers, dealers and other department group leaders. This position will also have considerable responsibility for managing web content on company web site and help solidify the companies overall internet marketing strategy. This position will require an understanding on how to leverage Social media into our marketing plan, including Facebook, Twitter and Linked in. This person will also be involved in coordination of tradeshow planning and execution. This is a great position for someone looking to gain valuable business to business marketing experience; you will be involved in every area of marketing and advertising. This position is based on a 35 hour work week; 2-3 years experience a plus, full health and retirement benefits available. Domestic travel is likely up to 40% of the time.



  • Executing various marketing projects as appointed by the marketing manager
  • Designing, writing and managing the company’s internal newsletter
  • Working with outside advertising agency on marketing direction for project work, strategy and research
  • Being an integral part of online management of company web site and social web outlets.
  • Managing company’s ad production schedule
  • Assist in managing tradeshow and private events.
  • Coordinating customer projects
  • Coordinating regional marketing activities with our dealers and sales staff
  • Working with internal divisions of MC Machinery Systems to help support marketing objectives
