As the Office Coordinator you will be tasked with handling day to day operations of the satellite location for MC Machinery Systems. Working independently with limited supervision your tasks will include answering phones and directing calls to the proper individuals along with managing incoming and outgoing shipments and mail. Other responsibilities will include cleaning and making ready the showroom, ordering office supplies when necessary, and other tasks assigned by corporate. As a self-starter and reliable person you will insure the showroom and office is presentable at all times and ready to greet customers and guests at a moment’s notice.

 

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Answer incoming calls and route to proper departments or individuals.
  • Greet customers and guests.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing shipments and mail.
  • Maintain showrooms to guest standards.
  • Ability to support traveling staff within the region.

 

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Strong ability to manage multiple projects at once.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and self-starter.
  • Ability to work with limited supervision in a remote office.
  • Microsoft Dynamics AX experience a plus.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • 2-4 Years Office Coordinator/Administrative Assistant experience preferred.
  • Associates in business, administrative or related preferred.
  • Strong knowledge with Word, Excel and Outlook.
