MC Machinery will be showcasing the latest in machining technology at Eastec in booth 1426, where experts will be available to answer questions and provide live demos.

Machines on site at Eastec will include Mitsubishi’s compact sinker EDM, the EA8S; the Roku Roku HC658II High Speed VMC; and MC Machinery’s best-selling wire EDM, the MV1200-R.

Sinker EDM
The EA8S CNC sinker EDM reduces electrical consumption by 20 percent and decreases electrode wear by as much as 50 percent when machining tungsten carbide. The user-friendly Mitsubishi control features a 15-inch touchscreen and ergonomic design. The EA8S is MC Machinery’s smallest sinker EDM, making it perfect for producing small parts as well as tool and mold work.

Roku-Roku HC658II
The Roku HC658II is the gold standard for hard milling and electrode manufacturing. This machine is a full-bridge style design for supreme accuracy and each way surface is meticulously hand scraped. Wire EDM
