  • The MX600 is the ultimate in high accuracy and ultra-fine wire auto-threading using an oil dielectric fluid to eliminate cobalt depletion in carbide machining and oxidation or rust in iron base material machining.
  • A mostly enclosed machine cabin protects the machine casting from sudden temperature changes in the environment and the Thermal Buster System synchronizes the machine working area with the casting using a chilled fluid circulation system.
  • To enhance the thermal insulation of the work area, the table is mounted to a granite base which also electrically isolates the workpiece reducing the floating capacitance providing improved cutting speed and ultrafine surface finishes.
  • The Nano-Pulse Control integrates the power supply technologies of both (water wire EDM and oil sinker EDM).  Improvements in surface finish and machining speed are based on short-pulse, high-frequency machining conditions.
  • The Nano-FS finishing circuit can provide surface finishes as low as1.4µ”Ra across the entire work table surface.  No special tooling is required.
