(MMS), a subsidiary of Mitsubishi Corporation and a leading provider of fabrication and EDM/milling solutions in North America, has acquired Ferro Technique Ltd., a long-established Canadian machine tool distributor headquartered in Mississauga, Ontario.
This acquisition marks a significant step in strengthening MC Machinery’s footprint in Canada while continuing Ferro’s legacy of excellence in serving manufacturers across Ontario, Quebec, and the Atlantic provinces. Ferro will continue to operate under its existing name and leadership team, including President Brian Donnelly, Vice President Jeff Veldhoen, and Vice President of Finance Kevin Farr, ensuring continuity and stability for customers and partners
Founded in 1952, Ferro has built a strong reputation for providing premium machine tool solutions and support to Canadian manufacturers.
