Introducing the New EDM Wire Chopper. The new EDM Wire Chopper is designed for seamless plug-and-play integration with FA/MV wire machines. Instead of replacing the entire chopper assembly, individual components can be replaced as needed, helping reduce costs and extend the life of the unit. All working parts are fully serviceable directly at the machine, minimizing downtime and keeping production moving. Each unit has been thoroughly tested and approved to meet performance and reliability standards you can trust.

The chopper is supplied set-up for an MV model machine (2 bladed chopper) with two extra rotating blade inserts see picture below in the box for the 4 blade set-up (FA style machine). Please watch video for instructions.
