A fast, flexible 5-axis machining solution built to deliver the highest degree of precision needed for today’s workpieces.
LEARN MOREThere’s nothing more frustrating than pouring time, energy, and resources into a machine fleet that—despite your best efforts—just can’t seem to return the favor. Then you throw the new challenges facing today’s machine shops into the mix: things like an ever-shrinking skilled labor pool, the need to be faster and more efficient than ever via automation, and other thorny problems.
Relief for the challenging issues facing your machine shop comes on swift wings—in the form of the Eagle V5C: a high-speed, ultra-rigid 5-axis vertical machining center (VMC) with enhanced cooling controls for unparalleled performance in any situation or environment.
HEAVY-DUTY PERFORMANCE YOU CAN COUNT ON
EASY, INTUITIVE OPERATION THAT MAKES A DIFFERENCE
FLEXIBLE, FUTURE-FRIENDLY DESIGN
The Eagle V5C (Coolant Version) is designed to be an ultra-rigid 5-axis vertical machining center with the capacity to handle a 440-pound workpiece on a 15.75” rotary table surface. The Heidenhain TNC-640 control unit with a 17” display is mounted on a moveable pedestal for optimal positioning convenience. The Eagle V5C is designed with a side opening in the casting to allow robot loading from the right side with pallets up to 15.7” square.

MC Machinery machines have a short learning curve. It is easy to train our operators to use these machines, and we know if we ever have a question, the service department will quickly assist us.
LEARN MOREBrian Lozon, Vice President Precision Die & MachineThe machines have allowed us to increase revenue. They haven't served as machine upgrades or replacements but more of an addition that was necessary to keep up with customer demand.
LEARN MOREMike McCoy, Manufacturing Engineer, Midwest Precision Tool & DieThis was the second largest business decision we had to make in the last few years… We’ve now got these machines running five days a week, two shifts, and they are performing really well. No issues to report. We are also holding tolerance no one can believe.
